Lot 1: GVWR: Approximately 48, 800 lbs. PAYLOAD CAPACITY RATING: Minimum 40, 000 lbs. DECK LENGTH: Minimum 20' flat deck length. DECK HEIGHT: Unit shall have an empty deck height of 36" OVERALL LENGTH: Maximum 32' OVERALL WIDTH: Approximately 102" with wide track axles. DOUBLE- BREAK BEAVERTAIL: Unit shall be fabricated with a 5' double- break beavertail, self- cleaning with angle turned upright. RAMPS: Two ( 2) each 21" x 60" minimum, adjustable bi- directional spring assist ramps with self- cleaning angle, turned upright, and tapered tread- plate ends. Ramps preferred to have a 15- degree approach to double break beavertail and fabricated in such a manner for individual ease of operation. Ramps shall fold over securely on beaver- tail when in transport. AXLES: Unit shall be equipped with dual Dana or Dexter 22, 500 lb. capacity axles, oil bath hubs with Stemco seals or equal. BRAKES: Air operated both axles, cam type brakes meeting the requirements of FMVSS121. Unit shall have a two- line system consisting of a service/control and emergency/supply line with a breakaway feature and Full ABS Modulation, conforming to DOT specifications. System shall include all necessary tubing, glad hand connectors with weather tight covers, air reservoirs, emergency valve, drain cocks, automatic slack adjusters and glad hand protectors. PARKING BRAKES: Unit shall have a spring applied/air release braking system and shall be installed on both axles. WHEELS: Trailer shall have eight ( 8) each 215/75R x 17. 5 H tubeless radials mounted on steel wheels. DECKING: Minimum 2" hardwood deck lumber. TIE- DOWNS: Unit shall have minimum ten ( 10) D- Rings, four ( 4) each located on left and right sides of trailer, and two ( 2) each located at front. D- Rings to have a minimum 5/8" diameter cross- section. HITCH: Unit shall have four ( 4) position adjustable pintle hitch. JACK: Minimum 25, 000- pound 2 speed, crank style jack. SAFETY CHAINS: Two ( 2) high tensile safety chains with " diameter cross section and locking hooks shall be provided
