Floor Sealing Government Bids & RFPs

All documentation must be returned no later than 08 June, 2026 at 11am, CST.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p. m. local time on June 22, 2026.

The award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

Bidders shall possess a valid class B contractors license issued by the state of California at the time of contract bid award and for the duration of the contract.

A nonmandatory prebid meeting and project site tour will be held on June 4, 2026 at 10:30 a. m. beginning at Patterson City Hall. Contractors shall personally examine the project site prior to bidding.

Bids received after said deadline or without the required registration number will be returned unopened to the bidder. Failure to possess the specified licenses shall render the bid as nonresponsive and shall act as a bar to award of the contract.

All work at all sites shall be completed in full no later than July 31st, 2026.

Payments will be based on ninety percent (90%) of the total value of work completed and material in place, less all previous payments. Five percent (5%) retainage will be withheld until final acceptance.

The contractor shall guarantee all materials, workmanship and the satisfactory operation of all equipment installed for a period of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance.

Awards will be made to the lowest qualified, responsible bidder.

Any bidder may be required to furnish evidence satisfactory to the district that they and their proposed subcontractors have sufficient means, experience, and required licenses in the types of work required to assure completion of the contract in a satisfactory manner.

If work is not completed by the specified completion date, there shall be deducted from the amount due the contractor, as liquidated damages, the sum of $1,**** for each calendar day, per project, beyond the specified completion date.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough will be conducted. Contractors shall carefully examine the drawings, read the specifications and all other contract documents, and visit the site of the work before submitting a bid.

Unauthorized conditions, limitations, or provisions attached to the bid shall be cause for rejection of the bid. The district reserves the right to reject any bid from any contractor deemed unqualified by the district.

All services must commence within 14 calendar days of purchase order receipt and be completed within 60 calendar days.

The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market.

Bidders must be active, registered mold vendors with the tribe, have an existing service agreement, be the prime contractor, hold a current certified license, have a minimum of three years of experience, and maintain adequate insurance.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET at **** Frank Shaw Court, Hollywood, Florida, **** is mandatory for award eligibility.

Questions must be submitted by June 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.

Failure to attend the pre-bid conference, arriving more than 10 minutes late to the pre-bid conference, altering provided files, illegible or unintelligible submissions, or being unresponsive or unable to complete the vendor registration process may result in disqualification.
