TRS is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Agent Testing and Evaluation Platform. Vendors must have at least 4 years of experience, be able to integrate with Okta SSO, and comply with TX-RAMP certification. Proposals are due August 31, 2026. The contract term is one year with three optional one-year renewals. Pricing will be evaluated based on fairness, reasonableness, and overall value. Late proposals may not be considered.

Proposals will be scored under best value standards which are in TRS best interests using the following general categories for which weights are shown: respondent past performance 15%, respondents key personnel 10%, proposed performance details 55%, proposed pricing 20%.
Respondents must provide documentation demonstrating at least 4 years of experience providing an artificial intelligence agent testing and evaluation platform, the ability to integrate with Okta single sign-on, and compliance with TX-RAMP certification.
Presentations, demonstrations, interviews, and/or site visits by top-ranked respondents may be requested. TRS may elect to conduct presentations, demonstrations, interviews and/or site visits as part of the evaluation process.
Failure to meet submission requirements, minimum qualifications, or observe restrictions on communication with TRS staff may result in disqualification. Failure of a respondent or any of its representatives to observe this restriction may result in disqualification of any related proposal.
