The leaf collection operations shall take place between October and December. On request, owner will conduct a site visit during owners normal business hours. On request, owner will provide each bidder access to the site to conduct such investigations and tests as each bidder deems necessary for submission of this bid.

All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents or the contract documents shall be submitted to city in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by city at least ten calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.

The contractor shall complete sealing the well within 90 working days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
