Sleep Disorder Government Bids & RFPs

Delivery is expected to begin on August 1, 2026, for the base year and continue through July 31, 2031, with option years.

Payment will be made monthly in arrears upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice submitted electronically via the Tungsten Network system.

The vendor shall be responsible for all defective equipment and all replacement parts on reusable devices. VA does not assume fiscal responsibility for lost, unreturned, or damaged devices.

The solicitation is unrestricted, but specific NAICS and PSC codes are provided, suggesting a focus on surgical and medical instrument manufacturing and medical pulmonary services.

The contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part for noncompliance with certain clauses, and the contractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.

Failure to comply with contract terms, including those related to security, equal opportunity, and labor standards, may lead to contract termination, suspension, or debarment.

Responses to this sources sought are due by July 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.

Contractors must be qualified and certified to provide all requirements, including OEM authorization, and demonstrate capability to meet salient characteristics. Proof of business size and relevant certifications may be required.

All questions shall be submitted by July 1, 2026, at 10:00 PM CST.

Failure to provide requested information and documentation may result in the contractor not being considered as part of the market research.

The contractor shall accept payment for services rendered under this contract as payment in full. VA beneficiaries shall not under any circumstance be charged nor their insurance companies charged for services rendered by the contractor, even if VA does not pay for those services.

Contractors RPSGTs assigned to perform the services covered by this contract shall be currently registered in any state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when RPSGT scope of practice services are performed onsite on VA property. All registrations held by the personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted. Contractors RPSGTs shall be certified by the board of registered polysomnographic technologists BRPT, and be currently certified in basic life support BLS or equivalency in conjunction with RPSGT work in accordance with AASM guidelines.

Invoices must be submitted no later than the 20th day of the month following the month of services. Supporting documentation and invoice must be submitted no later than the 20th day of the following month of which services were performed.

Contractors' RPSGTs must be currently registered, certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT), and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. All contractors' RPSGTs shall be certified by the board of registered polysomnographic technologists brpt, and be currently certified in basic life support bls or equivalency in conjunction with rpsgt work in accordance with aasm guidelines.
