The VA requires a contractor to provide a vascular ultrasound system. Delivery is required within 30 days of award, no later than September 4, 2025, to an offsite warehouse. Installation and training are scheduled for November 2025. The contractor must provide OEM authorization, documentation of experience, and trained technicians. The government reserves the right to inspect and test services. A warranty is required, meeting or exceeding standard manufacturer industry warranty terms. The warranty must begin on the first patient day, which is currently scheduled for January 20, 2026. Payment will be withheld until all replacement products are received or services are performed to the satisfactory level. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal safety and compliance regulations. The contractor must provide electronic, digital copies of the user manuals and repair manuals for each different product.

Sealed bids are requested for panel, PLC, and HMI upgrades for lift stations. Bids are due September 22nd, 2025, at 2:00 PM MST. The bid must be submitted via email or delivered in a sealed package. The offerors name and address must be clearly indicated on the front of the package. All proposals shall be completed in ink or typewritten. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Additional information, compliance to specifications, and overall conformance to the request for bids must be included as attachments. A W9 form, references, and disclosures of conflict of interest are also required. The bid opening will be public. Work must start no later than November 1st. Estimated completion of work is 1 week. The city is exempt from federal excise tax. Payment will be processed within 30 calendar days after receipt of goods or services.

This is a request for information (RFI) sources sought notice, not a solicitation. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their capabilities and market information. Responses should include company name, address, point of contact, size of business, size status and representations, manufacturer/distributor status, GSA, VA, NAC, NASA SEWP, or other federal contract information, capabilities to meet requirements, and SAM UEI number. Responses are due 15 days after the response date and time (08/21/2025 11:00 AM Central Time). The notice seeks sources for specific equipment specifications (wall mounts for CPUs and monitors). The information is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, and to indicate the quality of the supplies/services that will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the supplies/services that fulfill the required specifications, or brand name equal.

This is a sole source procurement for upgrading sand system controls at UTA's MRS facility. NEU Inc. is the proposed supplier. The procurement is justified as NEU is the manufacturer of the existing equipment. No bids or proposals are required. Comments or objections can be submitted by August 18, 2025, to troy hamilton, UTA manager of procurement. A copy of the information will be available for public inspection upon request at the UTA main office.
