Failure to provide the limitation on subcontracting formal certification with the proposal will result in the offer being deemed ineligible for award. Failure to provide documentation as outlined in the bid submission documents section of the solicitation by the date and time set for receipt of bids may deem the bid nonresponsive. Any exception to the terms and conditions of this invitation for bid will result in a nonresponsive bid.
