Small businesses classified under NAICS code **** are sought. Respondents must demonstrate experience in innovation and commercialization programs, SBIR/STTR programs, entrepreneurial education, program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, AI-enabled platforms, and similar activities. Small business concerns that believe they possess the capabilities necessary to perform this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their experience and ability to support the activities described in the draft statement of work.

A potential or actual conflict of interest exists when commitments and obligations are likely to be compromised by the EIR's other material interests, or relationships especially economic, particularly if those interests or commitments are not disclosed. The eir should also disclose any personal, business, or volunteer affiliations that may give rise to a real or apparent conflict of interest.

All activities for which approval of the exclusion will be sought must be disclosed and described.
