Roof replacement Roofing improvements at the Cortez Recreation Center building, including removal of damaged roofing and disposal of materials, inspection and replacement of deteriorated roof deck substrate, installation of new insulation board, a fully adhered membrane system, new edge metal, termination bars, flashing, replacement of penetrations, boots, drains, and equipment flashings, and complete waterproofing, sealing, and final inspection. The scope includes new coverboard, tapered insulation ( minimum R30 equivalent), 60mil TPO membrane or approved equivalent, coping cap metal, modification of existing roof drain assemblies for positive drainage, new parapet caps, new edge flashing, and all manufacturer- required sealants and accessories. The flat roof membrane area is estimated at approximately 14, 500 sq ft, with an additional 3, 500 sq ft of wall membrane.
