Latest US Bike Storage Contracts & Bids

Proposals due June 20, 2025, by 4:00 PM Pacific Time. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time (virtual, Microsoft Teams). Submit proposals electronically via the City's procurement services vendor portal (Buyspeed). Refer to Attachment 4 for upload instructions. The successful contractor will fabricate new bike racks and refinish existing ones. Technical drawings, specifications, and pricing are included in attachments. Bidders must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes, Portland City Code, and Portland Public Contracting Rules. Delivery time must be specified in calendar days after order receipt. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Additional information may be provided via addenda. Prevailing wage rates apply. A bid bond is not required.

The contractor is required to obtain an authority to operate (ATO) for any IT environment owned or controlled by the contractor or any subcontractor on which government data shall reside. The contractor shall support the completion of the initial privacy assessment (IPA) document, if requested by department personnel. All documents and data produced in the performance of this contract containing DOJ information, product code, source code, and/or methods of operations are the property of the U. S. government. The contractor shall neither reproduce nor release such information to any third party at any time.
