The government requires subject matter expertise (SME) to examine and perform yearly preventive maintenance on six RPMI 222 additive manufacturing systems. The contractor will provide remote support for one year and one onsite maintenance service visit, required parts, preventive maintenance kits, unlimited phone support, and conduct software/firmware updates as needed. The onsite visit includes specific inspection and maintenance tasks. All contractor employees and subcontractors requiring access to Army controlled installations must provide information for background checks. Contractor hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding federal holidays. The government intends to award a contract with one base year plus two option years for a total period of performance of three years.
