This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the expansion and replacement of a parking lot at the James J. Peters Bronx VAMC. The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Failure to furnish the required bid guarantee in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids, will require rejection of the bid. Bids providing less than 120 calendar days for government acceptance after the date bids are due will not be considered and will be rejected.
