The exhibit and overlook consist of approximately 2, 000 sf of concrete with a coloring and stain component. The work also includes the installation of 9 ornamental trees with turfgrass seeding. The work also includes the installation of 17 tons of boulders, various signage elements, and the installation of a mural art piece. The work includes the production and installation of 7 nps interpretive panels and 5 custom pylons. 3 interpretive panels will be placed in traditional nps 45 degree angle metal frames and 4 will be affixed to boulders. The work will include tree protection, grading with 87 cy fill, and the removal and replacement of approx. 40 lf of existing sidewalk. approximate quantities provided for the convenience of the contractor. contractor shall be responsible for all quantities.
