Rehabilitation construction project for property owner: Dorothy Davis 90 roll roofing: remove existing roofing and drip edge or gravel stop to sheathing. remove all deteriorated or partially deteriorated lumber pertaining to roof components sheathing, planking, rafter tails, fascia, etc. provide new lumber to match existing size and to local building codes. no splicing of any rafters will be acceptable. when rafter tails are to be replaced they may be cut back flush with exterior wall and new tails nailed into place with a minimum 2 overlap. all fascia and rafter tail, if exposed, replacement shall be p. t. lumber with a length sufficient to reach a minimum of 3 rafter ends. roof shall be swept clean prior to installation of any roof covering. roof shall be free of any splinters, staples or nails. apply new 30 felt, hot mopped 90 modified rolled roofing nord 90 or equal with a 5 year warranty and baked on prefinished, 26 gauge enamel drip edge. application will be in accordance with manufacturers specificatio
