The US Coast Guard is seeking bids for the purchase of mini split systems and parts for installation at a specific location. Questions must be submitted in writing at least 5 days prior to the bid due date. Bids must be either emailed, hand-delivered, or mailed to the address provided. The authority is not responsible for unreadable, corrupt, or missing attachments. The contract term is from the date of award until delivery and acceptance at the F. O. B. point. The authority estimates a budget of between $100,**** and $150,**** for this contract. Subcontractors and joint ventures are not allowed. The authority may inspect the contractor's place of business. The F. O. B. point is indicated in Appendix C. The authority will not accept or pay for damaged goods. The scope of work indicates the desired delivery date in calendar weeks. The contractor is responsible for proving all products or the completion of all work set out in the contract. The authority may instruct the contractor to make corrections or modifications if needed. The contractor shall indemnify the contracting agency from any claim of error, omission, or negligence. The contractor shall purchase and maintain insurance policies. Invoices must be billed to the ordering agency's address. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of a proper billing or delivery of goods or services, whichever is later. Third-party financing agreements are not allowed. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must bid on all items to be considered responsive. A notice of intent to award will be emailed to each company. Alaska business license and other required licenses are required prior to contract award. The authority may conduct site visits to evaluate the bidder's capacity to perform the contract. The authority is not responsible for preparation costs. All bid prices become public information at the bid opening. Protests must be received in writing at least 10 days prior to the bid due date. The authority reserves the right to cancel the contract upon 30 calendar days written notice. Changes in price resulting directly from a new or updated federal tariff, excise tax, or duty, imposed after contract award, may be adjusted during the contract period or before delivery into the United States via contract amendment. The authority reserves the right to request verification of federal excise tax or duty amounts on goods or services covered by this contract and increase or decrease the contract price accordingly. The authority reserves the right to refrain from making an award if it determines that to be in its best interest.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking proposals for a temporary Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The SCIF will be a standalone structure, measuring 9 x 14 x 8. 6 and 34 x 36 x 8. 6, and will be retrofitted in accordance with diagram A. The structure must be temporary, modular, and provide complete RF shielding. Quotes must include a completed FAR ****, a technical submission, a technical capability certifications chart, and a price for each line item. The period of performance is not to exceed 16 weeks after award. Quotes are due by 12:30 PM EST on September 26, 2025.
