The Ohio Reformatory for Women (ORW) seeks a strategic partner to provide prevention-based, client-focused training for domestic violence survivors. The training must include a balance of lecture, exercises, and facilitated discussion, and cover topics such as resilience, nonviolent conflict resolution, and self-healing from trauma. The program will focus on both victims and perpetrators, and will include after-care classes, classes for women who use force, and open hours for the incarcerated adult population. The project has an allocated budget of $89,000. The successful supplier must schedule service times with ORW staff within hours that inmates are available.
