Vendors must provide professional qualifications of anticipated support staff, including resumes and relevant experience. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, plan of services, references, commitment of key principals, and interviews. MWBE and workforce goals, as well as city of Rochester location preference, will also be considered.

Consultants must be experienced and qualified with documented expertise in leadership development training and team enhancement.

Failure to submit required MWBE utilization and workforce utilization reports may constitute a default, subject to potential termination for default. Failure to meet MWBE utilization and workforce staffing plans may result in disqualification from future contracts.
