Mold Inspection Government Bids & RFPs

Proposers for this work must provide documentation ensuring no conflict of interest with any past, present and future Hollywood developer.

Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 02:00 PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Hard copies of bids are to be delivered no later than Thursday, July 2, 2026.

The award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is the most advantageous to the Colville Tribes and offers the best value, considering price and the evaluation factors set forth in the bid notice.

Personnel utilized must meet training and certification requirements of 24 CFR part 35 and 40 CFR part 763. Proof of current certification as EPA LBP Risk Assessor-Inspector and EPA AHERA Building Inspector is mandatory.

For failure to complete the specified work in the identified contract time, a penalty of **** per day will be assessed.

A site visit is not required, but is highly recommended. The non-mandatory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

Unauthorized contact with other tribal employees regarding this bid notice may result in disqualification.

Responses must be received by 3:00 PM Central on May 22, 2026.

Selection criteria include professional qualifications, specialized experience and technical competence, capacity to accomplish the work, past performance, and reputation in the AE community.

Qualified firms must be Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and submit a completed Standard Form 330 (SF330) qualification package.

The most highly rated firm must physically come to the site and review the project before submitting a price proposal and letter of understanding at no cost to the government.

Failure to register in SAM. gov, not being certified in the SBA database, or using individuals/businesses listed on the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) may lead to disqualification.

Written reports are to be provided within 5 days of completion of all work. Clearance testing will be conducted 24 hours after completion of a mold remediation activity. Mold protocol and lab analysis reports shall be completed within 10 days.

Quotes conforming to requirements and most advantageous to the government based on best value determination.

All mold technicians, consultants or companies shall be Texas mold certified according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The person who conducts the mold assessment must be licensed in the state of Texas.

When a performance threshold has not been met or contractor performance has not been accomplished, the contractor will reaccomplish the work at no additional cost to the government.

All assessment activities will be coordinated with JBSA prior to any inspections.

Contractor shall coordinate with JBSA requester to determine air sampling requirements prior to an initial assessment. Sampling results shall be from American Hygiene Association AIHA certified and appropriately licensed laboratory.

The government is authorized to restrict the employment under this contract of any contractor employee, or prospective contractor employee who is identified as a potential threat to the health, safety, security, general wellbeing, or operational mission of this installation and its population.
