Latest US Mold Inspection Contracts & Bids

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to supply high-quality alfalfa hay for wild horses and burros at the Pauls Valley Wild Horse and Burro Adoption Center. The contract period is one year from the date of award. Deliveries must be coordinated with the BLM Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at least ten working days prior to the delivery date, in increments of up to 150 tons per month. Deliveries must be made between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. All hay must meet specific quality and specifications, including weed content, protein levels, and bale dimensions. The contractor is responsible for providing a state-certified weight ticket for each load delivered. Hay will be inspected by the COR and subject to acceptance or rejection. Rejected hay must be replaced at the contractor's expense. Hay shall be tested by the hay contractor at BLM's request 14 days prior to each request. When the alfalfa hay has been delivered, BLM shall inspect, sample, and test within seven calendar days. Copies of results shall be made available to the contractor.

This solicitation is for asbestos, mold, and lead abatement services at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Offerors must submit required certifications and documentation, including experience, past performance, qualifications, and cost schedules. Responses are due June 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM PST. All questions must be submitted by June 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM PST. The award will be based on a comparative evaluation of quotes. The contract will include provisions for safety, manifest documentation, and disposal of materials. Payment will be made in arrears upon satisfactory completion of each service and receipt of a properly prepared invoice.

Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 of the solicitation. Offer due date is 09 Jun 2025 at 3:00 PM local time. The acquisition is unrestricted. Delivery is FOB destination to Mcalester Army Ammunition Plant. Offerors must provide a certificate of conformance upon delivery. All lumber must be treated for mold prior to delivery. Specific lumber dimensions and quantities are detailed in the schedule. The total amount requested must be delivered with a 10% allowance. If any clin is delivered over the requested amount, all other clins must deliver the same overage amount. All lumber must be new, untreated, sound grade, square edge, with no open defects, no bark and no decay, planed or smooth on one side. Questions or additional information must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to the solicitation close date and time.
