Pilot Testing Government Bids & RFPs

Bids must be submitted no later than 11:00 a. m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

The evaluation criteria for the CMAR selection are: 20% cost considerations, 40% qualifications and experience, and 40% project approach and interview.
