The equipment must be delivered to Grace Scarim building 56, door s6, Bureau of Reclamation, Denver Federal Center, Denver, CO 80225. The system shall be ready to be delivered within 90 days of contract award. The government is furnishing a government-issued computer and compatible gas cylinders. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is conducting a market research to supply dialyzers for hemodialysis to the U. S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield, MO. The government contemplates awarding a base and four 12-month option years, with firm fixed prices. Dialyzers will be shipped in cases of 12 or 24 units. Delivery orders will be placed on an as-needed basis, from 8:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, typically no later than five business days after receipt of a delivery order. Ordering history is based on case size of **** units, with kidney requirements per year based on 160, 170, and 180 patients. Current patient census is 160, but this can fluctuate.
