Interested companies with NAICS code **** must submit the following information by June 13, 2025, 1:00 PM CST: firm name and address, point of contact, phone, email, UEI, CAGE code, business size (including designations like Hubzone, 8(a), SDVOSB, SDB, WOSB, and large business). A capability statement (not exceeding 10 pages) must also be submitted via email to the specified addresses with the subject analytical services in poland w912hz25rcn04. The contractor will notify the COR when supplies are running low, and the government will reorder as necessary. Carpet shampooing will be conducted once a year during work hours. The contractor shall use the most appropriate commercial cleaning procedures. The carpet area is 666 sq ft. Bookcases and tables do not need to be moved for carpet shampooing. This contract will not require stripping and waxing of the floors. The COR will be available on site most of the time. The requirement for monthly product reports will be removed from the SOW.
