Vendors responding to this bid must be prepared to submit a list of at least three references for successfully provided products for projects of similar type and magnitude if asked pre-award. Subcontractors providing services must meet the same requirements and level of experience as the respondent.
Should the contractor consistently fail to meet the specified delivery, Texas Southern University reserves the right to cancel upon 10 days written notice and purchase these items elsewhere. The university also reserves the right to terminate the contract or any portion thereof on thirty days written notice for grounds including failure to provide timely prompt service and failure to provide quality products.
