This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the manufacture and contract quality requirements for various parts including adapter, quick conne; valve, powered; hose, breathing 24; mouthpiece assy; breathing tube assy; hose assy, blk, 31. 5; and parts kit, explosive. Government source inspection is required. All freight is FOB origin. A firm fixed price (FFP) will be accepted. Contractors must adhere to IUID requirements. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's items and provide proof of authorization. Production lot testing and approval are required. Non-magnetic inspection is required for certain items. Cleaning shall be in accordance with MIL STD **** for specific items. Records of inspection work must be kept for 365 days after final delivery. Quotes should include unit price, total price, delivery lead time, quote expiration date (minimum 90 days), and delivery vehicle if applicable. Traceability notice: if not the manufacturer, provide an OEM authorization letter.
The payment method is Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) with invoice and receiving report combo.
Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item and provide proof of authorization on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official.
Award of the proposed contract action will not be delayed while an unauthorized source seeks to obtain authorization.
