Failure to deliver as specified may result in termination of the contract and disqualification from future contracts for at least two years. The county may procure work from other sources in case of default and hold the bidder responsible for excess costs.
Samples are required to be furnished by the bidder at the request of the purchasing director, at no cost to the county. Some samples may be retained for the life of the contract.
