Payment requests and receiving reports are to be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Specific document types for payment requests depend on the line item type (e. g. , cost voucher for cost-type, invoice and receiving report for fixed-price with deliverables).

The offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

Vendors must be Curtiss Wright DS authorized distributors who are the OEM and provide documentation via an official letter of authorization (LOA) signed by Curtiss Wright DS.

Offerors must be registered in the SAM. gov database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award.

Payment can be submitted only by company check or money order made payable to the City of Buffalo, Dept. of Public Works. No cash and no personal checks.

Proof of certificate of registration from the New York State Department of Labor must be submitted with each bid.

No questions or inquiries regarding this bid will be accepted within hree (3) business days prior to the bid opening.

The bid will not be accepted unless a bidders certification of noncollusion is complied with.
