The selection will be based on experience and qualifications, capacity, comparable assignments/projects, and price.

Respondents must have significant experience and competence in providing planning services, satisfactory client references, and pricing consistent with the city budget.

Proposals may be rejected if they do not meet minimum qualifications, have conflicts of interest, or fail to complete required forms.
