The US Embassy in Tegucigalpa is seeking quotations for brand name mutistack chiller spare parts. Quotations are due Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Delivery is required no later than 60 calendar days from the receipt of the award notification. The government intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price, without discussions, unless needed. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate with Turtle Shell Industries LLC for the purchase of turtle shell modular overhead protective covers for a data center facility in Bohemia, New York. The sole source determination is based on Turtle Shell's patented protection system. Firms that believe they can meet the government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation within 15 days of publication. Fabrication and delivery shall be no later than ten weeks from the date of award.

The bidder shall guarantee the materials and workmanship against defect due to faulty materials or faulty workmanship or negligence for the stated period in the warranty. Proposed unit must perform for the intended purpose for which it is bid. Discussions or communications concerning the bid, the bidders, the bidders' competitors, or the award of the bid with members of the commission shall be basis for disqualification of the affected party's bid. A copy of the warranty documents, if applicable, must accompany the bids. A list of all recalls in the last year applicable to the units being bid shall be included in the bid.
