The Greater Rockford Airport Authority (GRAA) seeks proposals for a new monument entrance sign. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment for design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and completion. Proposals should be within the $90,000 budget (excluding demolition/landscaping). A non-mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2026. Proposals are due on October 16, 2026.
