To protest the solicitation or an amendment, your written protest must be received within fifteen days of the date the applicable solicitation document is issued. To protest an award, written notice of your intent to protest must be received within seven business days of the date the award notice is posted, and your actual written protest must be received within fifteen days of the date the award notice is posted.

Giving false, misleading, or incomplete information on the certificate of independent price determination may render you subject to prosecution. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 117 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. This performance period is mandatory negotiable. See FAR ****.

The government will make all payments by EFT unless the government Visa credit card is accepted. The EFT forms and instructions are on the USACE Finance Center UFC web page.

Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation.

Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract or agreement resulting from solicitations. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offer ineligible for award.

Attendance at the prebid site visit is highly recommended on Thursday, May 28, 2026, 1:30 p. m. local time, Pacific.

Offers providing less than 30 calendar days for government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.
