Responses will be reviewed for coin handling capacity, distribution footprint, scalability, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and data transparency. Responses are accepted on a rolling basis through the end of 2026 and should be submitted electronically in PDF format. Questions can be submitted anytime and will be answered as received.
