Sealed bids will be received by the municipal clerk of the borough of Wildwood Crest on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 10:00 a. m. for the sale of real property. Bids must be submitted on the approved bid form, along with required documentation, and addressed to the borough clerk. The borough reserves the right to accept any bid at or above the reserve price, or reject any bid below the reserve price. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions, including affirmative action requirements. Copies of the terms and conditions, bid form, and other contract documents are available from the borough clerk.

Bid for bill printing and mailing services for personal and real estate property tax bills, tax, and sewer and water bills utility. Bid package consists of one PDF document. Questions due July 10, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Bids due July 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM to the office of the town manager, Needham Town Hall. Three-year contract, starting October 1, 2025. Payment terms: net 30 days. Bidders must complete and return an acknowledgment of receipt form via email to ***@***. *. * will be posted to the website. Bidders are responsible for checking the website periodically for any addenda. Late bids will not be considered. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Minimum criteria for bidders include 3 years of experience, services to 5 or more clients, and experience providing bill printing services to municipalities using QDS software. Bidders must provide proof of insurance, permits, licenses, and professional credentials. A completed bidder information response form, certificate of good faith, certificate of compliance with Massachusetts tax laws, promise to execute contract, and references are required. Bidders must submit one original signed paper copy. All prices must reflect all costs for delivery. Fuel surcharges or vehicle surcharges or adjustments will not be allowed. Postage is to be billed separately, based on the actual postage expense, and there shall be no markup for postage. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the town and to waive minor informalities.

Interested parties are invited to submit statements of qualification and expressions of interest for professional services in several categories of work during the fiscal year ****, beginning approximately July 2025. Responses must be submitted to the identified department head for each respective service by 4:30 PM, June 30, 2025. Individuals or firms wishing to be considered for more than one category of service must submit appropriate forms and copies of professional licenses for each category, along with a cover letter for each category. All responses should be submitted prior to 4:30 p. m. , June 30, 2025. Electronic submittals are acceptable. Additional documents required: State form DPW120 or equivalent federal form, copy of the state of Hawaii professional license numbers and expiration dates for each licensed person referenced in their submittals.
