This tender seeks proposals for **** heat exchangers and steam condensers. The award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. All contractual documents are considered issued when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods. If the offeror is not the original end manufacturer (OEM), the OEM must be stated, and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor must be provided. All documents and drawings provided by the US Navy must include a distribution statement.

This RFQ is for the repair of **** heat exchangers and steam condensers. Contractors must submit a quote including either a firm fixed price or time-and-materials pricing, along with estimated costs. The repair turnaround time (RTAT) is measured from asset return to acceptance. The contractor is responsible for accurately reporting all transactions within five business days of receipt and obtaining final inspection and acceptance by the government. Proposals must reference the proposed RTAT and any capacity constraints. The use of **** wire is prohibited; SAE **** series wire must be used instead. If MIL-STD-454 is referenced, contractors must comply with IPC/EIAJ STD 001C.
