Three-year contract for on-call arborist services for the Yonkers School District. Bids are due Friday, July 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Written questions are due by Thursday, July 16, 2026, 2 PM EST. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must submit a completed Vendor Background Questionnaire. Failure to comply with submission requirements may result in disqualification. Prevailing wage rates apply. OSHA 10 compliance is required if the contract is $250,000 or more.

Payment will be made within 30 to 60 days of receipt of a proper invoice.
The award of the contract shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Bidders are obligated to submit a complete, truthful, and accurate vendor background questionnaire. The city will conduct investigations to determine the responsibility and ability of any bidder to perform the work.
Failure to deliver within the time specified or make replacements of rejected articles may result in the contractor reimbursing the city for excess expenses incurred in the open market.
A pre-bid conference/site inspection may be held at a time and place to be announced.
