This is a contract between the Ohio Department of Public Safety and an independent contractor for services. The contract term is from the receipt of a purchase order through June 30, 2026, and may be renewed for up to 24 months. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed-price purchase order to Lab Tech Support Inc. for an equipment maintenance agreement for the Parker LCMS301 nitrogen gas generator. The justification for sole-source procurement is based on the unique nature of the required services, the vendor's expertise in supporting lab nitrogen gas generators, and the potential for delays if a competitive process were followed. All quotations received within 3 days of the notice issuance will be considered. The government reserves the right to not compete the contract based on the responses.

This RFQ seeks quotations for instrumental sample analyses. The deadline for submission is June 16, 2025. The delivery location is specified in the schedule. This is a request for instrument service for an Agilent LCMSMS lab located at NIST in Boulder, CO. The contract period is from July 21, 2025 to July 20, 2026, with an option year. The service includes preventive maintenance visits, emergency repairs, remote support, and replacement of parts. NIST personnel must be US citizens. The government reserves the right to conduct quality assurance testing. Interested businesses should submit a capability statement by the date and time specified in the notice.
