The Washington Water Science Center requires a mobile security system for its field services facility and repair shop. The system must be self-autonomous, not needing onsite internet or cloud network. It must monitor entrances, vehicle bays, and identify breaches. Installation and training will be provided by the vendor. All mobile applications must be reviewed and approved by USGS IT. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation demonstrating their ability to meet all requirements. Recent and relevant experience with federal agencies is preferred. At least two references for prior similar services performed in the past four years are required, including contract number, contact name, phone number and/or email address, and a description of the prior service. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Technical capability, experience, past performance, and price will be used to evaluate offers, with work plan, experience, and past performance being significantly more important than price.
