Molasses Government Bids & RFPs

Proposals are due by August 7, 2026, at 01:00 PM AST.

Proposals are sought from qualified and licensed firms. Respondents must provide a business license, general liability insurance, professional liability insurance, W9, articles of incorporation or organization, workers' compensation liability insurance, certificate of good standing, certificate of government insurance, and SAM debarment certification.

A mandatory site walkthrough is scheduled for July 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM AST. Please meet at the entrance to the Gordon Finch Molasses Pier by 8:55 AM AST. A valid government-issued identification card will be needed for entry.

Any protest must be filed in writing and received by the authority within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the occurrence of the event that is the subject of the protest.

Communication with any member of the board of directors or any officer or employee of the authority, except as provided in the RFP, is strictly prohibited and may be cause for disqualification. Failure to follow specifications and instructions, altering terms, or submitting unreasonable terms/costs may also lead to rejection.
