The VA requires electronic invoice submission via the Tungsten Network eInvoicing Network. The period of performance is base year plus four 4 option years, from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2030. The contractor must be within a 60-mile radius from the VA medical center. The contractor must comply with all VA facility requirements, including drug-free policies, parking regulations, and smoking prohibitions. The VA will conduct business with the contractor during its normal operational hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays). The contractor must possess the current transit permit at the time of award of contract. The contractor shall provide proof of license for the establishment and funeral home directors, prior to commencing any work under this contract. The contractor's employees shall have the appropriate and current licenses prior to commencing work under this contract. The VA will conduct inspections of the facilities to ensure services are performed according to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contractor shall provide semiannual quality control or assurance reports to the COR. The contractor will provide veterans last name, date transported and details to include name and address for final resting place within invoice.
