This is a sources sought notice for the installation of an LED display sign at the Northern Navajo Medical Center. Interested parties are invited to submit a response by May 09, 2025, 8:00 AM Mountain Daylight Saving Time. The submission must include a company profile, a statement of capability, and any relevant documentation. The notice specifies the required information, including registration in SAM. gov, and the applicable NAICS code. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations on the submissions.

This RFI seeks information from industry on developing an advanced attribute-based satellite communications scheduling and resource management capability. Respondents must describe how they would leverage existing investments to manage ground resources across diverse networks, optimize scheduled resources, and support multiple users at various security classification levels. Responses should include details on solutions for scheduling operations from individual satellites to constellations, automated scheduling via machine-machine interfaces, RFI deconfliction, dynamic space operations, and scalability. Responses must be submitted electronically via NIPR to the specified point of contact within 30 days of the RFI posting. Responses should be limited to 10 single-sided pages, including diagrams, and delivered in either PDF or Microsoft Word format. Proprietary information should be kept to a minimum and clearly marked. The government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. The government intends to use US government personnel and contractors to review responses. Additional details from unclassified and classified prototyping efforts will be provided as part of any future RFP or RPP, including solutions as government-furnished equipment (GFE). All solutions will be hosted in a government community or hybrid cloud solution.
