This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for cryolabels for the FBI Laboratory Division. The RFQ is a total small business set-aside. Quotes must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * no later than 05:00 PM EST on 05/09/2025. All quotes shall be firm fixed price. New products only shall be accepted. No grey market products shall be accepted. All products shall be intended for sale in the USA and come with a certified manufacturer's warranty. The contractor shall be registered in SAM. gov as a small business. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded on a firm fixed price basis. All shipping associated with this contract shall be freight on board (FOB) destination and included in the contractor's quote. Equipment is to be shipped to the FBI Laboratory, **** Investigation Parkway, Quantico, VA **** invoices shall be submitted through the electronic invoicing system, the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). The contractor shall be registered in IPP. The offerors are hereby notified that quotations received after the date and time specified above will not be considered.

The City of Cleveland is requesting bids for miscellaneous promotional items. Bids must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * by May 15, 2025, 3:00 PM. The bid must include the document ID number and buyer's name in the email subject line. Samples must be available upon request for review and testing. Unit costs must include shipping, handling, and applicable costs. Vendors must submit product warranty information with the bid submission. Delivery is F. O. B. to the designated location on the purchase order. All shipping charges must be included in the unit price. A Northern Ireland affidavit must be completed and included with the bid. Bidders must disclose any wage theft or payroll fraud violations over the last three years. The bid documents must include the document ID number and buyer's name in the email subject line, a PDF file of the request for bid form, terms and conditions, and the Northern Ireland affidavit.

Responses must include a separate pricing sheet and be received in business services at the address above by May 20, 2025, 2:00 PM. Formal sealed bids in a sealed envelope with the bid number clearly marked on the front are required. Faxed or email responses are not acceptable. Responses must be signed and include a list of three references, sample drawings, brand of uniforms, warranty, delivery timeframe, fabric swatches (Kelly ****, Black ****, White **** white matte lycra, gold metallic lumina), uniform specifications, and a sample showing construction details. Shipping of the sample both ways is the responsibility of the bidder. Failure to submit all required items may result in bid rejection. The university will evaluate respondents based on quality, references, durability, warranty, and price. Contract and grant disclosure, combined boycott and illegal immigrant certification form, and EEO policy forms must be completed before a purchase order can be released. Uniforms provided must be consistent with the quality of the sample uniform. The university reserves the right to return the uniforms at the bidder's expense, deduct a prorated amount from the invoice, or purchase proper uniforms elsewhere and charge the additional cost to the bidder if the quality is not consistent. The proposal and resulting contract is available to any college or university in Arkansas that wishes to utilize the services of the selected proposer. Any resultant contract shall not be assigned without the express written consent of the university. It is the intent of the university to purchase uniforms that will last approximately 10 years. Anticipated delivery of uniforms is Fall 2025.
