Volleyball Government Bids & RFPs

Bids must be received by the city no later than June 26, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. EST. The project must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed.

Bidder must include a warranty and/or guarantees of all material and labor, including response time for repair, guaranteed replacement, life expectancy, and a minimum one-year warranty for defects in workmanship and materials.

Bidders may be disqualified if they have been placed on the convicted vendor list, have conflicts of interest, or fail to comply with the city's code of ethics and non-discrimination requirements.

The bid notice states that sealed bids will be received by the town clerk of the town of Yorktown until 10:00 am on Monday, June 15, 2026.
