The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is seeking quotes for a 2-day training course on emerging technologies in the rail industry. The training will cover concepts and principles of emerging technologies, evaluation of potential impact on safety, identification of digital tools, implementation of data-driven strategies, evaluation of exemplar data, assessment of regulatory requirements, and international collaboration. The course will be delivered at the NTSB headquarters in Washington, DC. Quotes must be submitted in Adobe PDF format by 5 PM EST on July 16, 2025. The successful quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. The training course outline may be modified post-award upon coordination and approval by the NTSB training point of contact. The optimum class size is 20 participants, with no more than 25 participants.
