Cardiac Monitoring Government Bids & RFPs

Proposals will be accepted electronically through the rocky mountain epurchasing system bidnet until no later than 4: 00 p. m mdt on august 31, 2026.

The city may require up to 30 days to process payment after date of receipt of invoicing.

The successful offeror shall provide an extended warranty for 5 years with onsite repair or a temporary loaner replacement.

Proposals will be evaluated on adherence to specifications (20 points), demo committee feedback (30 points), AED presentation feedback (10 points), price (30 points), and warranty/service plan (10 points).

Proposals will be considered only from capable, responsible organizations, preferably device manufacturers, who demonstrate financial responsibility.

Written questions are due by 12: 00 pm on august 19, 2026.

Failure to provide required information may result in the proposal being considered nonresponsive.

The offeror must meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise throughout the following time periods: 1 at the time an offer is made in response to this solicitation2 at the time of contract award and3 during the full term of the contract performance period.

False claims submitted as part of contract performance are subject to the penalties enumerated in 31 **** to **** and 18 u. s. c. 287.

Any false or misleading information submitted by an enterprise when submitting an offer in consideration of an award setaside under the authority of the buy indian act is a violation of the law and punishable under 18 ****.

Submittals will be evaluated and ranked to determine the best value to the county based on the following criteria: 1. conformity with specifications and suitability to the requirements of emmet county 2. quality of items to be supplies 3. warranty, service contracts, industry standards, references, history of similar projects completed 4. pricing for eligible goods 5. past performance of vendor.

Proposals must include the current completed IRS form w9 and current certificate of liability insurance including workers compensation.

The county intends to select a vendor in september 2026 but is not obligated to do so.

Failure to provide information regarding debarment may result in disqualification of the response from consideration or termination of a purchaseorder or contract, if awarded.

The system includes a 12 month standard warranty.

Respondents must affirm active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a tailored capability statement demonstrating ability to meet requirements.

Interested vendors capable of providing the services described herein are invited to submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to meet the governments requirements. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: company name, address, and website if applicable. Primary point of contact name, title, telephone number, and email address. SAM unique entity identifier UEI and confirmation of active SAM registration. Business size and socioeconomic status e. g. , ISBEE, IEE, small business, 8a, HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc. , as applicable. A brief capability statement not to exceed five 5 pages demonstrating the firms experience and ability to provide ambulatory cardiac arrhythmia monitoring services similar in scope and complexity to the anticipated requirement. A description of the firms experience providing holter monitoring, cardiac event monitoring, mobile cardiac outpatient telemetry MCOT, or comparable ambulatory cardiac monitoring services. A description of the firms ability to furnish monitoring devices, provide diagnostic reporting, notify providers of urgent and emergent cardiac findings, provide technical support, and recover monitoring equipment. If claiming eligibility under the Buy Indian Act, identify the federally recognized tribes or Alaska Native Corporation upon which the firms IEE or ISBEE status is based.
