Proposals must meet minimum technical specifications, including FDA approval and AHA guideline compliance. A two-month trial/demo period is required for shortlisted firms. Evaluation is based on adherence to specifications, demo feedback, price, and warranty. The proposal deadline is August 31, 2026.
Proposals will be accepted electronically through the rocky mountain epurchasing system bidnet until no later than 4: 00 p. m mdt on august 31, 2026.
The city may require up to 30 days to process payment after date of receipt of invoicing.
