Offerors must submit their quote demonstrating how it meets the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation, including bond coverage, insurance certification, and company's authorized personnel list, as needed. For SDVOSBs, their socioeconomic status must be verified and visible in the SBA Small Business Certification (SBS) at the time of quote submission and award.

A site visit will be held for this requirement and is highly recommended, but not mandatory. It is scheduled for 9:00 AM MT, Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, at **** N. Wheeling St. , Aurora, CO ****.
