The period of performance includes a base year from 01/17/2027 to 01/16/2028, with four one-year option periods.

Contractors' IONM technologists must hold a CNIM certificate from ABRET. Supervising physicians must be board-certified or eligible in neurology or physiatry, or have DABNM certification. Board-certified neurosurgeons may be accepted if privileged for neurophysiologic monitoring.

The VA may pay cancellation fees for IONM cases cancelled less than two hours prior to scheduled surgery time, and for brain stimulation/language mapping if cancelled less than 48 hours prior.

The contractor must not knowingly employ illegal aliens. Failure to comply with citizenship requirements may lead to contract termination. Personnel conduct must not jeopardize patient care or interfere with facility operations.

The maximum total value of the contract, inclusive of the base year and all options exercised, shall not exceed $4,017,****.
