This is an invitation to bid for BC Dry Chemical Sodium Bicarbonate, white in color, for Delgado Community College's fiscal year 2026-2027. The contract will be for the provision and delivery of these supplies on an as-needed basis. The bid will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to a single bidder. Delivery is expected within two weeks of order placement, and inside delivery is required. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions, and vendor-added terms may lead to disqualification. The estimated annual usage is approximately 1,500 pails. Pricing should be per pail. All items bid must comply with the Louisiana Pesticide Law. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing to Wendy Boesch, Senior Buyer, by email or mail. Emailed or faxed bids are not accepted. Bids must be physically received by the purchasing department by the due date and time. Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt of products or invoice, whichever is later, assuming no prompt payment discount.
