This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for border security CCTV systems in Guatemala. Proposals are due by August 4, 2026, 5:00 PM EST. The project involves removing and installing new surveillance cameras and providing interconnectivity between a Guatemala City-based border command center and supported checkpoints and land ports of entry. Proposals must be submitted via email. Questions are accepted until July 1, 2026, 5:00 PM EST. The award will be made to the responsible contractor whose offer meets all requirements and is the most advantageous, lowest price technically acceptable. A pre-award site visit is possible. Proposals must be valid for 60 days.

Proposal must include warranty in country details. Describe the proposed warranty duration, response times, and any exclusions. Provide name, address, and POC information of locations that will provide in-country warranty repairs.
The government will award a contract to the responsible contractor whose offer meets or exceeds all the requirements of the solicitation and is evaluated as being the most advantageous to the government, lowest price technically acceptable.
Offerors shall submit a technical approach that demonstrates logical and feasible methods for meeting the requirements described in the statement of work (SOW), the technical specifications of proposed equipment, and meeting any performance objectives outlined within the solicitation. The proposal shall contain adequate details necessary for the government to determine compliance with the technical specifications and offeror's ability to perform in-country installation, configuration and maintenance and within the delivery timelines within the SOW. If the offeror is proposing in-country subcontractors, the offeror shall clearly identify what aspects of the work will be performed by the prime and what aspects of the work will be performed by each subcontractor in its technical approach. Must include details confirming vendors are registered to do business in the host country Guatemala or an existing partner with a host country registered business.

Proposals submitted that do not conform as enumerated above may not be evaluated. Text and graphics with font size smaller than the minimum specified may be excluded from award and found as noncompliant with the RFP instructions.
