The contractor has 180 calendar days after receipt of written notice to proceed to complete construction.

Offerors must be registered in SAM. gov and be VetCert certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Contractors and welders must be certified for ASME piping and have demonstrable healthcare project experience.

Liquidated damages may apply for data breaches involving sensitive personal information.

Quotes submitted by non-certified SDVOSBs will be excluded. An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) greater than 1. 0 will result in disqualification. Failure to provide required certifications or information may lead to ineligibility.
