The initial project is to be completed by December 31, 2026. The contract may be renewed for 4 additional years at the County's discretion.

The firm must have a minimum of one 1 year of experience providing similar services. The firm must be registered or be willing to register with the Colorado Bureau of Investigations Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) vendor management program and provide personnel that have passed a CJIS background check if requested.

Offerors who fail to perform in accordance with their response are subject to the county striking that offeror from future bidding opportunities for a period to be determined by the procurement manager.

Any contractor wishing to provide a response to this solicitation should attend the conference and will have an opportunity to meet with the county's representative and address any questions that may arise. This conference is the only time that interested vendors can communicate directly with the project team. Failure to meet proposal requirements may result in rejection of the proposal. Late proposals will not be accepted. An incomplete response may lead to disqualification.
