All materials shall be delivered not later than 20 days after the date of contract award.

Payment to the contractor shall be made following satisfactory inspection and acceptance of the material.

The subject materials shall be covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty of 12 months, covering any defect or deficiency during normal use.

The U. S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM system for Award Management Database prior to submittal of their offer/quotation.

Failure to be registered in the SAM system at the time of quotation submission may deem the quoter's quotation to be considered non-responsible.

Individual task orders will have maximum completion times based on the type and amount of work, ranging from 8 days for a small apartment to 120 days for an extra-large house. The following are maximum completion times that will be included in individual task orders.

Payment shall be made in local currency at the exchange rate in effect the day an invoice is processed for payment by the post financial management officer, within 30 days after receipt and acceptance of works. Payment shall be done based on the vendors actual original invoice within 30 days after the receipt and acceptance of works by the government.

If issues occur during the year following the works due to the contractor's mistake, negligence, lack of attention, or poor quality of work, the contractor shall correct them at their own expense. If issues occur during the following year of works due to contractors mistake or negligence/lack of attention/lack of quality of work performed, the contractor shall correct them at their expense.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, they shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of US government hotel and per diem plus for each calendar day of delay.
