Submissions must be received by 9 September 2026, 1400hrs Japan Standard Time.

Award shall be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the government, considering only price and price related factors.

Contractors must possess a Japanese civil construction doboku isshiki koji license or Japanese architectural construction kenchiku isshiki koji license. They must also demonstrate construction experience and proven competence, including seismic retrofit experience.

A site visit will not be held during the prequalification process.

Questions or requests for information must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm midnight, Japan Standard Time on 12 August 2026.

Contractors may be disqualified if they do not meet prequalification criteria, fail to submit required documentation, or do not possess the necessary Japanese construction license.

The project magnitude is between 10,000,000,000 and 25,000,000,000 Japanese Yen.

The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract or purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the RFQ and is lowest priced technically acceptable.

The U. S. Embassy in Ankara has a requirement for a qualified contractor to renovate the kitchen cabinets and countertops.

The government anticipates conducting a site visit. The RFQ will provide the date, time, attendance procedures, security requirements, and other access instructions. Access to the residence will be limited to authorized participants and coordinated by the embassy.

The work must be completed within 730 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed.

Payment will be made by the USCG Finance Center. Invoices are submitted electronically via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

The contract incorporates FAR **** Warranty of Construction.
