The timeline for project execution is 60 days.

Contractor shall provide a written warrantee of one year from the date of final handover of the entire project to the USG. Any issue with the repair work or spalling happening later within one year will be liable to get repaired at contractors cost.

Scaffolding design must be performed by a certified/registered structural engineer. Execution and finished scaffolding must be inspected and certified by a third-party expert on scaffolding designs.

Any damage due to splatter of plaster, paint or welding shall be repaired/replaced by the vendor free of cost.

A preconstruction contractors walkthrough will be arranged to provide all prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the site and ask questions clarification after thoroughly going through the SOW.

Contractors are advised to submit cut sheets of all the products which they are considering in their bid for evaluation.

Failure of your acknowledgment to be received at the place designated for the receipt of offers prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of your offer.

The contract completion time is within **** calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Company standard invoice and updated schedule reports are required prior to IPP input.

The contract includes clause ****, Warranty of Construction.

This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.

Award will not be made to a bidder that does not comply with small business subcontracting terms.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages will be assessed at $2,**** for each calendar day of delay.

An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT. Preregistration is required by Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

Contractor questions will not be accepted after Friday, July 3, 2026, at 15:00 Mountain Daylight Time.

Failure to comply with security requirements, including obtaining a DOI access card and undergoing background investigations, could result in termination for default.

The construction magnitude is $10,000,**** to $13,500,****.
